The Site
Student Cribs, securing student lettings in University
towns and cities across the UK. The accommodation
provider wanted to increase units at an existing student
village in Manchester and were seeking planning
permission for a redevelopment that would transform
their 27 units into a 507 bed village, together with a shop.

Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, we
satisfied all planning considerations and helped to
develop a site specific management plan, negotiating
a phased implementation of the development with
the Council. This was critical to an incremental build,
minimising disruption and allowing parts of the
site to remain occupied whilst building works were
undertaken.
The Success
Planning permission was granted and we have
subsequently been instructed to coordinate and
submit the discharge of planning conditions, in
anticipation of the development’s commencement.
